Coach Ken Sheets

Coach Ken Sheets is a former Olympic Qualifying wrestler who we are lucky enough to have as one of our instructors! At least once a month, Coach Ken comes in and teaches top-level wrestling classes to both the children and the adults. He brings awesome energy and exciting new moves to our mats each and every class; and we are extremely grateful to have him as part of our team!
